Ten Reasons Why You Should Train at Flex 151

  1. Personal TrainingA Certified Personal Trainer will setup and coach each session from start to finish. We specialize in High Intensity Personal Training in the Evansville, IN, Newburgh, IN and Tri-state area.
  2. Private and Semi Private Sessions Each Personal Trainer schedules only one client at a time in private sessions and a maximum of three in group sessions. Thus, you will have plenty of attention from your Personal Trainer during the training session.
  3. By Appointment OnlyNo waiting for a Personal Trainer or equipment, we work by appointment only.
  4. 12-15 Minute Sessions With our training method, 12-15 minutes is not a number selected for convenience; however, this is the optimal time required for best results.  Any additional training may prove to be counter-productive.
  5. Once a WeekWith our training method, it has shown most effective to allow at least one week of recovery time in order to maximize the benefits of a High Intensity Training (a/k/a “H.I.T”) session.
  6. The Right MethodWe train using three different forms of High Intensity Training.  We will mix and match: timed slow movement resistance training, timed static holds and timed maximum position static holds.  It is our opinion that these methods allow for best balance between maximal gains and lower risk protocol.
  7. No Long-Term Contracts At Flex 151, we are confident that once you try our program, you will continue to set appointments each week.  The Initial Consult is always free. We offer per session pricing, packs of 4 sessions or 3-month AutoPay (our best deal). 
  8. On-line SchedulingPick your day and time, enter your information, and submit. You will get a confirmation e-mail and your slot will be posted on our private schedule.  Flex 151 has teamed up with MindBodyOnline to create a user-friendly on-line scheduler. The on-line scheduling system is open daily between 5:00 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. 
  9. Top-of-the-Line Equipment Exerbotics (Iso-Velocity Computerized Strength Training Equipment)….. That’s it — Just Exerbotics! 
  10. Clean and Comfortable FacilityWe work hard to keep our facility clean and comfortable.  As part of the methodology of our program, we strive to keep the room temperature and humidity level within the ranges suggested by research as best for High Intensity Training.
